Amazing Transformations is a dynamic company with 20 years experience in costuming individuals, groups, theatre companies and television shows. We pride ourselves on the personal service we offer customers.

Attention to detail is important and all our staff have knowledge of correct historical costuming.

Our costumes come complete with most accessories included in the cost of hire. Alterations can be made to some costumes for a more individual fit.

Bookings

Costumes can be booked in person, over the phone or by contacting use through our on-line contact form. Booking in advance gives you the greatest variety of choice, and gives us the time to alter costumes to suit your needs once the costume has been tried on. There is a Non-Refundable Booking fee of $22.00.

Enquiries relating to specific costumes can be sent via our online contact form. Hiring through our on-line conact page saves you time and is a  very convenient way of booking your costume.  However, we cannot guarantee the costume fits without you trying it on. If you are unable to come in and try the costume and pick up, postage or courier delivery can be arranged at additional costs.  Payment can be made by Credit Card or Direct Debit. A Credit Card number is required as a deposit.

Payment Options

Payment can be made with cash, EFTPOS, or credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. We also accept company cheques.

At present we do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Hygiene

Amazing Transformations takes pride in the quality of our garments and wants your hiring experience to be a pleasant event. In order to ensure our costumes remain at the highest quality possible, every piece is washed or dry-cleaned between hires.

Should the costume be damaged or soiled whilst in your possession, please advise our staff.

Hire Options

When you are having a costumed function for your business or family, let us help:

OPTION 1:

Individual members can come and choose and fit their costumes but charge them to the one business account, or;

OPTION 2:

You provide us with any specific ideas you may have and the approximate costume sizes required, then leave the rest to us. We will deliver individually packaged costumes to you by courier, returning them the same way.

If there is a specific theme, our staff can costume your entire group making sure no two individuals have the same costume.

Group Discount:  A Group of 10 or more will receive a 10% discount off the hire of the costumes.
